How a monitor works

1

Describe it

In a sentence, or by choosing Monitor on a level you drew. The agent turns it into conditions and asks where the setup would be wrong.

2

See its past year

Before it starts, the monitor replays its conditions over the last twelve months and shows every date it would have fired.

3

Checked automatically

MenteChart checks every monitor for you, with no prompt needed. Checking doesn't use your agent limit.

4

Judged when it fires

The agent reads the chart as it stood when the monitor fired, checks it against your setup, and writes down what it found and why.

A verdict,not just an alert

An alert tells you a level was hit. A verdict tells you whether the setup you described is actually there, with the reasons and numbers behind it.

Setup presentNVDA · Oct 9

Price came to the level and held it.

Every condition in your setup holds. You decide whether to act, and mark it Took it or Passed.

Not the setupAMD · Oct 6

The move is the whole market's.

The conditions fired, but the setup isn't there. The reason is kept on the record, so you can see what it turned down.

Retired ADAOct 2

The reason for the setup is gone.

When the reason for a setup no longer holds, the monitor stops watching that symbol and tells you why.

Change it bytalking to it

Every monitor has its own chat. Ask why it judged a fire the way it did, tighten a condition, or end it. Each change shows what it does to the past year before you accept it.

Why did you pass on AMD?

The whole market fell that day: SPY was down 2.3% and AMD fell less than its sector. The trend your setup relies on also broke, with the close below the 50-day average.

Only fire when volume is above average.

The details

A symbol, a watchlist or a screen

Watch one name, or every symbol in a watchlist or saved screen.

Every monitor ends

Each has a condition that ends it and an expiry, 90 days by default. Renewing takes one tap.

Verdicts in one email

Verdicts are gathered into one email instead of arriving one by one. You can turn it off in settings.

Stocks and crypto

The same monitors work across US stocks and crypto pairs.

Start from a drawing

Select a level or zone on your chart and choose Monitor. The agent reads the drawing.

Checks are free

Checking a monitor doesn't use your agent limit. Only judging a fire counts, toward the weekly limit.
